The Common Challenge

We work with many individuals and organizations.  Through it all, we’ve seen most challenges fit into one of two categories: organizational (how we get things done) and cognitive (how we imagine things are or should be). Both are correctable, but neither is independent.  Simply changing how we do things necessarily changes how we need to perceive them.  Similarly, it makes little sense to adopt new paradigms if we don’t also change how we function to make the most of new insights.  Too often professionals in the consulting space focus on changing either an organizational or cognitive challenge without examining the other.  This is a primary reason why many organizational change initiatives fail.

Many education and training dollars are wasted because the ideas and lessons brought out during training are never incorporated into daily behaviors.  To ensure investment dollars are effective, we will work with you to embed lessons in organizational processes and procedures or within your individual goals and efforts.

Our educational philosophy, with its emphasis on facilitated and experiential learning and ongoing reflection,  is designed to engage learners in such a way that the educational experience itself provides practice of using new skills.
